Short Summary:
This time we are introduced to Sendo Yukari. She’s a witch and four years younger than Moka and Tsukune, still she’s in the same class. She’s an outsider and nobody seems to like her. As a wicth she’s half human and half-demon, she doesn’t belong to any world. One day she gets bullied and Moka comes to help her. Afterwards Yukari wants to go out with Moka, because she’s in love with the vampire girl. Moka agrees, but only to friendship. Yukari doesn’t seem to get it right and grabs Moka’s breasts. Of course Tsukune is annoyed by the little brat, especially because Yukari hates him and wants to have Moka for herself. On the other side Murumu is happy to have Tsukune for herself!
Finally Yukari gets bullied again, actually some demons want to eat her, but Moka, Tsukune and even Murumu interfere and save her, as the all know how it feels to be lonley. In the end Yukari makes friends with them and guess what – she falls in love with Tsukune.

My opinion:
Now that I’ve written the summary Rosario + Vampire‘s story seems very standard, still it’s a pure funride and again I can’t wait to see the next episode. Moka is so very cute and I liked the fact even Murumu came to help Yukari (or at least Tsukune). While there’s a lot of obvious…too obvious fan service I enjoy the humour and development of this series. The little narrator bat makes me remember Eyeshield 21, though this one’s more kawaii than Hiruma’s version ^^

Short Summary:
Takuma is now able to see. When his brother comes to wake him up in the morning Hirose is already up and prepares for a trip into the village, as Hinata and her friends want to show him around. On the way he meets Hayami, but as she did before she sends Takuma away and wants to be alone. For a moment otoha-chan comes to visit Takuma, but the minute he asks her to come along she’s vanished.
Hirose spends the day with Hinata and Co and everything is fun, till they come to a bridge. Takuma is told there lives an oni (demon) behind the bridge and that he should avoid that place. Especially Hinata looks very serious about this!
Of course Takuma crosses the bridge and guess who lives there – it’s Hayami! Hirose by accident observes the girl when she’s taking a shower beneath a water fall. Hayami gets so angry she hangs the boy up a tree. In the end she frees him but she’s angry he came to visit her.
When he leaves Hayami Hinata is waiting for him. She knew from her grandfather Hirose crossed the bridge and in panic she ran to fetch him. The more Takuma gets close to Hayami the more tortured Hinata looks. Next day ins chool the pupils are supposed to make pinwheels in a group of two. Instantly Takuma asks Hayami to be his partner and the rest of the calss is shocked. Hinata involves and begs him to be her partner. Hirose actually agrees, but he wants to build a group of three, including Hinata and Hayami.
That’s the moment Yui gets crazy and together with two of her henchmen she leaves the classroom with Hayami to bully her again. Yui and the two buys beat Hayami and throw a buckjet with toilet water over her. About a hundred times they call her a cockroach. Finally Takuma appears and embraces Hayami. From now on he’s seen as a cockroach, too but again Hinata involves and promises to keep Hirose away from Hayami.
Takuma doesn’t care, he walks Hayami home, even hand in hand over the bridge. They make a pinwheel together and in the end they are sitting on a hill and Takuma says he would wish for a wind to blow the pinwheel. Hayami answers there’s already a new wind blowing, that’s going to blow away stagnant things.

My opinion:
I can’t say exactly why, but I didn’t enjoy this episode as much as the first one. Actually I leered at the clock from time to time. There were several factors that annoyed me: I couldn’t stand Yui from the very beginning and this time she must have used the word “cockraoch” a hundred times. Nobody seems to care about the fact Takuma is able to see again. Not even his brother acted strange concerning that. I can cope with a portion illogicalness but that was too much. Also I’m longing for an explenation why everybody hates Hayami so much, I mean she’s compared to an oni and even the teacher doesn’t prevent Hayami from being bullied. There were some hints on her past with Hinata and a fire that burned down a house, but I would love to know a bit more.

Short Summary:
Tsukune is still at the demon school, waiting for the next bus in a month to bring him home. The other pupils aren’t supposed to know he is human and as time goes by even more boys can’t understand why the most popular girl Moka is friends with him. One day in the forest Tsukune meets Kuruno Kurumu, she tells him she’s got a weak body and falls into his arms several times and rubs her breasts on his chest. Tsukune doesn’t realize Kurumu is a succubus and starts to follow her. She bewitches him so he says mean things to Moka who can’t understand Tsukune’s behaviour. Suddenly her rosario starts talking to her, she must save Tsukune or the succubus will kill him. So Moka comes to rescue her friend, but meanwhile Tsukune managed himself to get rid of Kurumu’s charm. The succubus gets angry and decides to kill Moka and him, so Moka asks Tsukune to take off her rosario, so she can transform into a real vampire. But something is wrong, the rosario doesn’t go off, so Moka offers her life to Kurumu. Tsukune is touched Moka likes him that much though he said terrible things to her and so the rosario suddenly gets off. A 76 seconds long fight starts and the succubus is defeated, Moka in her vampire form wants to remove Murumu’s wings and tail, so she can never be a succubus again, but Tsukune shows mercy, as the succubus is only looking for her destined partner and had no ill intentions. The vampire transforms back into Moka and everything is fine…only that now Kurumu has decided Tsukune should be her significant other!

My opinion:
Rosario + Vampire definitley is a fun ride and I enjoy to watch it so much, also due to the good animation qualitiy. I mean, it’s only a comedy series but still production quality seems high.
Moka is really super, even as a girl I can’t get enough of her cute face and behaviour. It was obvious Kurumu would fall for Tsukune but it’s alright. She’s the opposite of Moka and spices the whole story up.

Short Summary:
We can see a woman sink into the sea. Some moments later a submarine is rescued by the police, but the crew is gone, although it is impossible to open the door, while the ship is under water. Kanzato Ryou – police chief in the city of Ayanagi – investigates cases like this or the so called “Reverse”, where high schoolers bodies get turned inside out. The day his two younger brothers Shin and Jun are coming to live in his house again after ten years another high school girl is attacked, but not by a human being but the “persona” that comes out of a man’s body and tries to absorb the soul/persona or whatever of the girl. Ryou brings out his own persona and fights the other one till the girl is rescued. The man with the attacker is injured and escapes.
Later that night Ryou welcomes his siblings in a rather cold way though there would be many things to talk about, for example Jun’s dead twin sister or Shin’s dreams about monsters coming out of him and his meeting with a fortune teller. When he leaves the house at night he finds the injured man from before and sees his persona coming out. Suddenly a sword appears from his body and a whole persona afterwards, which slices the other persona and the man seems to be healed.

My opinion:
Persona ~trinity soul~ is a game adaption, though I can’t tell you anything about it, as I never played the game. So I got confronted with something totally new and I very much like it, at least in parts. The depressing atmosphere and characters are simply great. In some way Shin and Jun let me think of Gilgamesh. On the other hand I can’t take pleasure in the persona fights. It simply looks stupid and is irritating. Another negative point is Jun’s seiyuu Miyuki Sawashiro who normally speaks very female roles, but Jun is supposed to be a boy. Still, these are matters of habit. I’ll be sure to watch another episode!

Short Summary:
Aono Tsukune is 15 years old and about to enter High School, if only he hadn’t failed the exam. Now all his friends are attending the same High School, while he is supposed to stay another year in Middle School. One evening Tsukune’s father tells his son he followed a strange priest this day who dropped information about Yogai High School. Tsukune is able to attend that school, so he’s on the bus, when a friend calls him and tries to tell him something about that school. The moment his friends tries to finish the sentence the connection is lost while the bus enters a tunnel. After the tunnel the world seems completely different with red water and lots of gravestones. Tsukune can’t use his cell phone anymore and everything seems a bit strange.
Suddenly a bat appears that changes into a pretty pink haired girl on a bike – Akashiya Moka. By accident Tsukune touches her leg and hos nose starts to blood, as Moka is so supercute. She wants to help him wipe away the blood, but when she smells the blood she kisses/bites his neck. Moka is a vampire and asks Tsukune to become her friend. Tsukune dosn’t really believe her and says vampieres are good people and that it’s interesting to be different. At school he gets to know he’s the only human being among demons. The school is protected by a spell, normally every human that tries to enter school gets killed. The school rules urge all pupils to keep a human shape and not to show their true yogai-form. Now that tsukune already knows Moka is a vampire she tells him about the Rosario she wears around her neck. If it gets loose she will turn into a real scary vampire.
One of the pupils doesn’t like Moka spending time with Tsukune and follows the during lunch brake. Though he is very strong Moka prefers to spend time with Tsukune, who is more and more scared and decides to leave school. Moka begs him to stay, as she hates humans. She attended a normal Middle School and never found any friends, but Tsukune is too scared and tells her he’s a human and doesn’t want to be friends with her.
He runs to the bus stop and Moka follows him, but not only she, also the strong other pupil. He transforms into his real cannibal form and hurts Moka, so Tsukune comes back to help her. Of course there’s no chance he could defeat the yogai, but he tries and tells Moka that he loves her, even if she’s a vampire. Soon after he faints and pulls down Moka’s rosario. She changes into a red eyed, silver haired, super strong vampire and kicks the other guy’s ass. When Tsukune finally awakes Moka is back to normal and he asks himself who’s the true Moka. However he has to /wants to stay at Yogai High School, as the bus is only running once per month.

My opinion:
Though this show is a bit crazy I got to like the main characters Moka and Tsukune very fast. The pacing is good, the story is not unique, but entertaining and so I’m looking forward to the next episode.

Due to the season and the constant snowfall in the series I felt like finishing Kanon. So far I’ve watched almost half the show, namely up to episode 10 – the end of the Makoto arc.
Like many times before I watched the show, but didn’t feel too much involved or in love with the characters, till I reached the story around Makoto. I started to love her and the way Yuuichi treats her so much, episode 10 almost broke my heart. The theme is very similar to that of Air, though this time I have the feeling Makoto WAS happy before she had to got.
Stil I wonder how the story is going to evolve now Yuuichi had such a sad experience. It was also a bit irritating for me all the other girls were totally out of focus for some episodes. How are we going to come back to them?
