No, I’m not going to bitch around…of course I could…demo…
Yuji refused union with Hecate and did a Sailor Moon “I talk you to death”-thingie while Shana rescued him to tell him afterwards there’s not enough time to help him out *cough* Yeah, I guess it was meant the way he must help himself, but it made me smile. The two other big battles could have been even bigger, but I guess I’m okay with that.
What I really can’t understand is why Margery’s storyline about the silver guy was totally forgotten and I’m angry about it. At least Shana used Blutsauger in the end. It would have been very stupid if she did not use it, the guys had such a fuss with delivering it.
All in all Shana was enternaining in various ways. I liked the music a lot and animation was light dreamy decent. There was too much/too less character developement, depending on the story arc. The episodes I enjoyed the most, one yould say I was in a Shana hype are those I did not blog about. There were good jokes, fights, everything perfect. The crash for me came with teh flashback episodes, but that’s a question of taste. The ending was more or less disapoointing, too standard. Still a funride, so I’ll be sure to keep an eye on PS2 and movie releases ^^

Hm, well, yeah there was some fighting, but I’m waiting for a really big clue, like…Shana gets to rescue Yuji but he answers “Hecate showed me what real love is, I’m evil now and will kill you” or something like that. Else it’s going to be a weak ending for a so-so series.

Professor, what are all these cogwheels for? – I don’t know, but doesn’t it look cool?
I’m again at a point where the show gets on my nerves a lot. There was nothing new this time. It was clear Ane-san would come back and that Shana makes a desicion for Juji. It was only dramatic waiting and talking and preparing and *YAWN*
That’s not how I expect the final episodes to be.
And all in all it’s only about sex, what else. Yuji is “spreading out” and it “feels so good”?!?

It seems I still have to wait for the decisive battle till next week and I can’t stand that tranquillity anymore. Feelings are important, okay, but please, let the action begin.
Now we are at a point that was inescapable: Shana has to decide between love and ‘job’. Now I understand Wilhelmina’s part in the show, she has to remind Shana of her duty and stirs her feelings up. She does a good job and I dislike her even more ^^ ~ de arimasu.
My biggest critic this time goes against Yoshida. I’m a person who thinks love is the most important thing that exists, but she’s so aloof of every form of reality it’s unbearable. What did she think? Now that she knows Yuuji is the Meiji Reigo and stays alive the can go on dates and hold hands? I guess protecting mankind is a bit more important than that. Wake up, little girl!

I did not like Wilhelmina from the beginnig. She seemed coldhearted what she now shows off directly, her ~de arimasu is annoying and in now way cute, first she spoiled Shana to hurt her now and she’s carrying around a vacuum cleaner in her bag…I guess there’s no more I have to say.
This episode had dramatic potential and still felt calm. The calm before the storm! Also it had somehow the same feeling like the first episode, that seems like months ago. It’s the matrix effect, just imagine you find out the world is not at all like you thought it is. Little Yoshida-san acts too normal after that great shock, imho. I don’t know if I went for a walk with my dog if I new some evil guys somewhere want to destroy my love, my city….the world?
TRo already sum up Shakugan no Shana a bit it was a rollercoasterride with many ups and downs. I definitley won’t rewatch it, but still it was an enrichment to my sunday morning breakfasts ( I just finished some rolls with scrambled eggs ^^). In the development of the series the focus swithced a bit too much on teh feelings of the protagonists and I’d like to have seen more of the things behind, but I still hope there will be some solutions and answers to my questions in teh final arc.

In my opinion this episode was mocking both – mecha shows and their strange unions when you ask yourself…WHY? And on the other hand I was reminded of typical old movie comic adaptions, where there’s always an evil professor with his zeppelin *lol*

This episode is not only entitled with a new beginning, but I feel like it actually is the step to the final arc of the show (I’m excited *yatta*). Decisions are made, secrets are revealed. New characters take actions, while Shana is in trouble with her own feelings. We are coming to the climax of Shakugan no Shana! Let’s see wether it will satisfy me or not!

*yawn* And even more and more and more flashback. What’s so cool about Wilhelmina?

From now on we have a new ending song. I loved the old one, but was also enjoying the new one…ah, have to add the information to the category page.
At least this episode I got the story, but I’m so bored about the whole flashback crap. Shakugan no Shana makes it again and again. When I love it so much my hype is totally destroyed by some baka episodes *arg*
