Friend

This must have been my favourite episode so far. Someone called it a filler episode, but I guess it was important to know more about Haruka and her friends. Also she starts to controll her power or at least some mysterious voice - could it be noein - helps her to learn it.
I was a bit disappointed the show is named after a mask, but I'll see!

Ending

I feel like I've used all my energy on the Elfen lied entry some days ago, no I don't no what to write on other shows. this noein episode was like always awesome, especially the animation. Besides all the action the story developement is slow, but it doesn't matter. That does not mean i think it doesn't matter but i feel like it's not boring or anything, it just has it's on pace, in a very fascinating way!

Eyelids' Light

Damn, that was creepy. Here we go again with a totally tranquille atmosphere, astonishing music to emphasize it and the georgeous animation with all the green. The fact that is so quiet and pretends to be (mostly) harmless makes it even creepier for me. Others think it's only mystic and Gibhli-esque, but that always depends on the spectator. I'm easily scared. I watched the X-Files for years because I totally love them (or was it only Fox Moulder? *cough*), but I was sometimes scared to death because I'm just that type of person.
So I don't know what to do with Mushishi, it's so beautiful and you know how pretty animation draws my attention on it. Perhaps one more episode to decide?

Demon-possessed girl

Oh my, again ten caps...but I'm so in love with the animation style, the colors and everything...I mean, it's all pink where Ai lives. Perhaps that's the reason she's got that unhappy look. Hell girls prefer black but she of all things got the pink home. All other hell girls life in green and blue and black homes, but she's the one with the pink house...

However I got two phone calls now and don't remember what i intended to write. *arg baka*
After two episodes the structure of the sries is clear, in about the first half of the episode we get to know the main character and his or her problemes, that person meets Enma Ai and the second half shows the revenge. Btw I thought the first on was more creative and maybe a little longer?

Do you also feel the guy really earned the revenge he got? HA! Damn, that's the real intention of the show...hate people, start hating people around you...I will absorb all your negativ energies...WUAHAHA!

Revenge granted!

Hermit Crab and Straw Hat

Hm, what to say about Lamune. The character design looks like Izumo - that sucks. Actually Nanami's face looks fat! And there's no story at all, at least not really.
Still I somehow enjoyed the episode. Lamune seems to be a very quite show, the comfortable atmosphere was accompanied with beautiful music, so wether I'm going to watch it or not I will keep an eye on the soundtrack.

Another show I did not make it halfway through. i read in some other bloggers' entries it might be good, but I'm just not interested in the story, I'm not very fond of the character design and the transitions just got on my nerves!

The Street Where Aurora Falls

I only made it halfway through this episode. Animation is pretty cool, but the rest more or less...well. To be honest I think the character design of that girl is creative...but it looks so stupid!!! And she makes those baby sounds!

Running Away

Noein really is sugoi. Animation or rather character designs were slightly different this time and I liked it even more. Yuu is totally fascinating...if I understood correctly our dimension is very close to that of the "birds", there are counterparts of every person in both dimensions, so Yuu would be Karas...right?

Green Seat

I felt like I've already seen most of the new and "important" shows, so I did not count on Mushishi to be another highlight of this fall's season. I'm deeply impressed with the beautiful colours, the fascinating use of almost no music and the mysterious, let's say spiritual, story.

There's only one problem for me, it's covered in such a calm atmosphere I was strolling towards boredom, but only almost!

Blue Snow

Why should I repeat what many other bloggers said before me...to put it into a few words:
Noein looks sugoi!!! To be honest the story actually brings not to many new things compared to existing shows, but give me some good, well superb animation and I love it! On top, even if it was nothing new it's a rather good first episode with a nice character introduction that leaves enough questions and a cliffhanger at the end! I hope the predictions of "the best show of the season" will be true!

Atelier

To be honest it must be one of the hardest tasks to produce an anime based on a manga series by such an ordinary mangaka like Ai Yazawa. Still I'm more than dissapointed with the amount.
The animation is strange, I was already annoyed after the first two minutes when all those stupid animals appeared and it seemed that's never going to end. Weird angles and those stupid flower/animals crossings got totally on my nerves.

The story is that of the manga, so there's nothing to complain about that of course...well, perhaps besides the fact I don't think Yukari is pretty! No way!

Perhaps I will watch this show in a row...someday, when there's nothing else I have to do, but I'm going to leave it be for now!

Beryl's Sword

This show takes itself ways too serious. The soundtrack is horrible and it's all so theatralic I don't know wether I should laugh or cry! I prefer to laugh ^^
At the moment it will keep watching, just because I have no clue where this is heading to...and I'm curious!

A Hurricane Blowing Through the Garden of Maidens!?

This time I tried to watch Mai otome witha different attitude and I have to admit it's a pure fun show. Still if it weren't for the charcaters I wouldn't be interested and so I'm going to skip the show this season. Perhaps later...

The Other Side of Twilight

Wow, this was the best first episode I've seen for ages!!! While some other bloggers had problems with the animation I'm totally satisfied and the soundtrack is unbelievable. It gives the show the right horror-kick, I love it!

Harassment at school is a big problem in Japan and besides the little fantasy/horror part of the story ^^° this was a realistic portrayal how it can happen a high school girl decides to commit suicide.

I'm anxious about what's to happen with her, but from the preview I can guess this show will consist of many episode-stories. I have doubts this concept will work for 26 episodes, but for now I'm overwhelmed by the brilliant horror atmosphere.

Well, I'd say this is a kids show. A good one, one you get traumatized by...like Lassie or Alfred J. Kwak...I often talk to my friends and say "Do you remember the first episode, where his or her parents died?" I think you know what I mean.

Dreaming☆Arika

Hmpf, I'm totally disappointed!!!
This was a rather stupid ride through a strange fantasy world and if it wasn't for the characters it'd be just a more or less cheesy Magical Girl Show. The new protagonists got on my nerves and...just everything!

Btw "Mai Star" sounds very similar to the German "Meister" wich means master or adept. And I was pretty sure the name of the school sounds exactly the same as german word "Garderobe"...that's a wardrobe! Can this be?

Doki☆Doki Volume: A new friend / The door has opened

Well, hm, ehm...eeto...anou...this is stupid. Very stupid, and hectic...and funny. Still I'm not sure if I can bear the dullness and bad animation. Is this really a kids show? That bunny dies several times, you know.

A Boy Named Agate

Cluster Edge is strange...interesting but strange. There's nothing to say about animation, very decent. The soundtrack is a bit...heroic, just like the whole show. The story a wild mix of Last Exile, Gundam Wing, Victorian Romance Emma and several others *lol*
I just don't know what to think of it. Names (how can they name that boy Beryl...there's only one, and that's Queen Beryl of Sailor Moon *rofl*) and behaviours were weird. For example that meeting of Beryl and...Agate, I guess. LSD-Trip background colours, a 360° camera move and Agate reminded me of a ballet dancer.

After they met Beryl closed his shirt button like he was embarrassed Agate looked at him...or his neckline (if he'd be a girl). Does anyone know if this is going to be a little yaoi?

A new unfirom

Perhaps I should stop having to much expectations, no matter what show I watch. I haven't seen "To Heart" but it's even liscenced in Germany and very popular I thought, so "To heart 2" should be a good show...or so I thought...

Animation is okay, soundtrack is okay and character design is cute. Konomi's seiyuu makes her feel even more like a six years old girl that gets on my nerves. All in all the episode was boring, and just the moment after I decided that, I started bitching around...if Konomi puts potatoes and carrots in the shopping cart, what does Taka-kun ask: "What do you want to cook with so many ingridients?" It seems normally he lives on potatoes alone or so.

Don't take me to serious. I will give episode 2 another try...but only if Taka-kun wears outfits, that's colours are more appropiate for a boy!
