Public Safety Commission + Vampire

Yes, finally this show is getting very serious. Still I'm annoyed. Why did they bring up the Public Safety Commission so late. They could have been the enemy from the very beginning.

And I can't laugh about Shirayuki popping out of nowhere anymore...though I can laugh about stalkers being stalked!
