Magikano - Episode 2
The Student Council Head is also a Magical Girl, are you Serious?
It's a pity, episode 2 can't keep the hilarious humour. Perhaps because Mayumi doesn't play a major role to show off her evil thoughts. Still it's enterntaining and even on a cliche level it got a little, tiny bit of a more serious tone.
I'm looking forward to next time when Mayumi is again fully back in action *wuahahaha*
